Flame Cutting

  • Carbon Steel Plate - 3/8” through 8” (3/16" through 1" should generally be plasma cut)
  • Alloy Plate - 1/2" and up

Plasma/Hi-Def Plasma Cutting

  • Carbon Steel Plate - 3/16” through 1”
  • Alloy Plate - 3/16" through 1"
  • Floor Plate - 3/16" and up
  • Stainless Steel Plate - 3/16" and up

Laser Cutting

  • Carbon Steel - maximum thickness of 1”
  • Stainless Steel - maximum thickness of 3/4"
  • Aluminum - maximum thickness of 1/2"

Shearing

  • Carbon Steel Plate - 3/16” through 1/2” thick close tolerances greater than 1/8" on diagonal
  • A36 Plate 3/4” thick (by request) to close tolerance greater than 3/16” on diagonal
  • Alloy Plate - 3/16” through 1/2” (3/8" max for AR400)
  • Floor Plate - 3/16” through 5/8”
  • Stainless Steel Plate - 3/16” through 1/2”
