The stainless plate features a non-reflective, grainy surface and provides excellent resistance to corrosion from chemicals, industrial environments, and marine conditions. Siskin Steel offers a selection of stainless steel plates in 304, 316, and 310.
The 304 stainless steel plate is the most popular grade of stainless because of its corrosion resistance and durability. 304 stainless steel plates are easy to weld, cut, form, and machine.
The 316 stainless steel plate is high-strength and anti-corrosive. 316 is stronger than 304, but less malleable and machinable. 316 stainless steel plates are easy to weld and form, and fair machining.
310 Stainless Steel is more challenging to machine and weld but has good formability. Its unique properties are more suitable for high-temperature environments where other stainless steels like 304 and 316 might not perform as well.
