We have three tube lasers companywide to serve your structural tube laser cutting requirements. Our Chattanooga Division has both Co2 and Fiber BLM LT8 Tube Lasers to handle carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum tube, and structural cutting. Our third tube laser is located at our Spartanburg Division.

You can bring in pre-processed structurals per your drawings cut on our tube lasers, 6-axis robotic plasma, or structural saws. By utilizing our state-of-the-art equipment, you can take on larger jobs and increase your efficiency while focusing on your company’s core competencies.

Benefits of CO2
and Fiber Tube Laser Cutting

Tube lasers have revolutionized tube and structural processing. The virtually infinite applications and design freedom make tube laser cutting an excellent choice for processing round tube or pipe, square tube, rectangular tube, and structural shapes including channel, angle, beams, and tees. Our tube lasers can process carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Tube laser cut parts can be designed to eliminate or reduce weld fixturing by precutting bend lines and implementing male and female tabs to hold your part together in downstream manufacturing. Tube lasers can perform angle cuts, coping, mitering, slots, holes, and any pattern or feature that your part requires. For smaller round tube and pipe cutting, our tube lasers have a “spoon” that is an internal suction probe that is inserted into the I.D. of round tubes to keep the inner surface of the tube clean when cutting. The ‘spoon’, which automatically adjusts to the tube diameter, catches dross and cutting debris and vacuums out particles that can adhere to the inside of the tube to produce a clean dross-free internal finish. With the ability to laser cut 8″ outside diameter structural shapes, we can process your material per your requirements from our stock.
