We have multiple CNC laser cutting machines at 4 of our locations including Chattanooga, Nashville, Louisville, and Spartanburg. In addition to 4 other lasers already in operation, our Chattanooga Division features a newly installed 9kW Amada ENSIS 4020 CL fiber laser and a 15kW Bystronic plate fiber laser with an 8’ x 20’ cutting table.

Laser cutting is much faster and more economical than water-jet cutting. We can handle low to high production volumes with ease. Laser cutting causes none to minimal warping due to its high speed, low heat process. This is an automated CNC process using your CAD drawings in almost any format. The flexibility, repeatability, speed, and quality set laser cutting apart from almost any other process. Laser cutting is a great alternative to low-run stamped parts and prototyping due to not needing hard tooling. Any changes to your part can be made within a CAD program and sent over to us to process. This process also allows, in some cases, to provide you with ready-to-install parts that do not need to be cleaned up or de-burred. Our lasers run all 3 shifts at our facilities to provide you with industry-leading lead times.
